To reach The Basilica of Bom Jesus from Dabolim Airport you have to take a cab/ taxi from the airport. It will take you around 30 - 50mins (24kms) from the airport depending on the traffic. The cost of the cab maybe around Rs.700 – Rs.1000.
To reach The Basilica of Bom Jesus from Thivim Railway Station you have to take a cab/ taxi/ bus from the station.
If going by bus, then once you come out of the station 5 mins towards your right you will find Thivim railway station bus stop. The stops will be Thivim bus stop to Panjim bus stop, Panjim bus stop to The Basilica of Bom Jesus. It will take you around 1hr 20mins (31 kms) from Thivim bus stop to The Basilica of Bom Jesus. The max cost for bus is Rs.150 – Rs.200 per person.
If going by cab/taxi, then once you come out of the station towards your right you will find cab/taxi stand or you can book you cab well in advance. It will take you around 45mins to 1hr to (31kms) from Thivim Railway Station to The Basilica of Bom Jesus. The cost of the cab maybe around Rs.800 – Rs.1200.
To reach The Basilica of Bom Jesus from Karmali Railway Station you have to take a taxi/ rikshaw/ motorcycle pilot/ bus/ walking from the station.
If going by cab/ taxi, then once you come out of the station you will find taxi, rikshaw and motorcycle pilot. It will take you around 5mins (2kms) in a taxi, rikshaw and motorcycle pilot as well from Karmali Railway Station to The Basilica of Bom Jesus. It will take you around 25 – 30mins to reach The Basilica of Bom Jesus. The cost of the taxi will be around Rs.200 – Rs.300.
